Mary's first child was: James Thomas Box.

James Thomas Box 3 was born on 21 Apr 1865 3, died on 25 Jan 1932 3 4 and was buried in Bethel Cemetery, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas 3.

Mary then married John Oalston on 9 Oct 1873 in Pulaski County, Arkansas. Mary next married John J. Hardcastle, son of James Hardcastle and Melinda Unknown, on 7 Nov 1875 in Pulaski County, Arkansas. John was born on 9 Nov 1812 in Alabama, died on 22 May 1893 in Bayou Meto Township, Pulaski County, Arkansas and was buried on 11 Jun 1893 in Bethel Cemetery, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas. They had two children: Ella A. and Armetta.

Ella A. Hardcastle 1 was born on 14 May 1876 in Arkansas 1.

Armetta Hardcastle 1 was born on 19 Dec 1877 in Arkansas 1.
