Bailey Martin Coulter , son of George R. Coulter and Levisa Elizabeth Keener, was born on 19 Jul 1894 in Sutton, Framestown, Braxton County, West Virginia , died on 18 Jan 1953 in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and was buried on 20 Jan 1953 in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas . The cause of his death was died of Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, and he was suspected  of being a diabetic.

They had four children: Madge Lou Frances, Berthel Mae, Melba Ruth, and Bailey Martin Jr. She is also buried at the National Cemetery in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
