Wilson Davenport , son of William Davenport and Mahulda Crumpton, was born in 1844 in Alabama 1 and died in 1923 2.

Noted events in his life were:

• Military; 15 Jun 1863, Tennessee 2. 21st Cavalry Company B of Tennessee (also know as the 16th, Bell's Brgd - Wilsons, and Horton's run by Col. Polk) He enlisted in Hardin County, Tennessee and was present on the muster roll for May and June of 1864. He was shown to have been surrendered on May 4, 1865 by General R. Taylor to Gen E.R. Canby and paroled at Gainesville, Alabama on May 11, 1865. Disabled by a gunshot wound.

• Residence; 1865, Aubern, Cannon County, Tennessee 2.

Wilson married Mary A. Crawford  on 20 Jan 1881 in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Wilson next married Pauline Margaret Tate  on 17 Mar 1872 in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Wilson next married Mary Elizabeth Davidson on 20 Aug 1899. They had one child, Rose Eleanor.

Rose Eleanor Davenport 2 was born in 1902. Another name for Rose was Rosie.
