Franklin County Court House Charleston, Franklin County, Arkansas         Something major obviously happened to this historical marker, they are not made of aluminum.         Colonel John Peregrine Falconer occupied this site as a residence 1868 - 1922. This stone was taken from the chimney. Piece is here set by Franklin County as a memorial.     Sesquicentennial Vault Buried April 17, 1999 To Be Opened April 13, 2024
