Fulton County Court House Salem, Arkansas     Fulton County Court House was erected in 1891. Hon. C.A. Phillips, County Judge Remodeled and renovated in 1974 under supervision of Hon. Hershel M. Brown, Fulton County Judge.     Fulton County Seat The first Court House in Fulton County, named for Governor W.B. Fulton was built at Salem in 1843, the year after the county was created.   In 1842 William P. Morris donated land for Courthouse and town of Salem to be county seat of Fulton County. Dedicated on May 28, 1990 Fulton County Historical Society. William P. Morris Died December 9, 1851 Joe Morris Mandy Loyed Died March 12, 1852
