Administrator's Notice
The undersigned having obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for the county of Clark, in the Territory of Arkansas, Letters of
Administration on the estate of Jacob Wood, late of said county,
deceased, hereby gives notice to all persons having just demands against
said estate to exhibit them to him properly authenticated within one
year from the date of his letters of administration, or they may be
precluded from deriving any benefit from said estate, and if said claims
be not exhibited as aforesaid within five years they will be for ever
barred.

compelled by law.

NOW at this day came the complainant, by his attorney, and the defendant
being solemnly called by the Sheriff, came not, but made default, and it
appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that the said defendant,
Hannah Bailey, alias, Hannah Casey, is a non-resident, and that the
process of this Court, cannot be served on her, that publication be made
in the Arkansas Gazette for six weeks successively, that if the said
defendant be not, and appear at the next term of this Court, and file an
answer to the complainant's petition, the bill will be taken pro-confesso.
