Arkansas Ties ... A Little Bit of This, a Little Bit of That, and a Whole Lot of Arkansas

Hartman School Board Meeting Hartman, Johnson County, Arkansas   Thanks Mary!  Can anyone add to the info on this picture? My coal miner, Great-Grandfather, Harrison Washington Tuggle served on the Hartman school board. That's him front left (this picture has really deteriorated this past year). This seems to be some kind of evening meeting at the school. The Tuggles lived in Russellville, Coal Hill, and Hartman. My grandmother was Ruth Elizabeth Tuggle Cline. Hope someone needs this!
