Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th
Infantry Division, Fort Richardson, Alaska; died
July 31, 2007 in Tunis, Iraq, of wounds sustained
from enemy indirect fire. Also killed was Spc.
Daniel F. Reyes

Army 1st Lt. Thomas M. Martin
27, of Ward, Ark.; assigned to 1st Squadron, 40th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, Fort Richardson, Alaska; died October 14th, 2007 in al Busayifi, Iraq, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit using small-arms fire during combat operations.

29, of Judsonia, Ark.; assigned to C Battery 142nd Fires Brigade, Arkansas Army National Guard, Ozark, Ark.; died July 15, 2007 in Balad, Iraq, of wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle July 14, during combat operations in Baghdad.

Rodney L. McCandless

Army Pfc. Rodney L. McCandless
21, of Camden, Ark.; assigned to the 5th Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C.; died April 7, 2007 in Zaganiyah, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his unit. Also killed were Capt. Jonathan D. Grassbaugh, Spc. Ebe F. Emolo and Spc. Levi K. Hoover.

Jeremy W. McHalffey

Army Spc. Jeremy W. McHalffey
28, of Mabelvale, Ark.; assigned to the 39th Infantry Brigade, Arkansas Army National Guard, Little Rock, Ark.; killed Jan. 4 when an improvised explosive devise detonated near his military vehicle in Taji, Iraq. Also killed were Spc. Jimmy D. Buie and Spc. Joshua S. Marcum.

Dustin K. McGaugh

Army Spc. Dustin K. McGaugh
20, of Derby, Kan.; assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 17th Field Artillery Brigade, Fort Sill, Okla.; died from a non-hostile gunshot wound on Sept. 30 in Balad, Iraq.

Arthur R. McGill

Sgt. Arthur R. McGill
25, of Gravette, Ark.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 9th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga.; killed July 19 when an improvised explosive device detonated while he was on mounted patrol in a Humvee in
Baghdad.

Kenneth A. Melton

Army Spc. Kenneth A. Melton
30, of Batesville, Ark.; assigned to Company B, 3rd Battalion, 153rd Infantry Regiment, 39th Brigade Combat Team, Army National Guard, Fordyce, Ark.; killed April 25 when his military vehicle was hit by an improvised explosive device and small-arms fire while traveling in a convoy from Baghdad.
