Army Sgt. 1st Class Troy L. Miranda
44, of DeQueen, Ark.; assigned to C Company, 1st Battalion, 153rd Infantry Regiment, 39th Brigade Combat Team, Army National Guard, attached to the 1st Cavalry Division; killed May 20 when a grenade was thrown near his foot patrol in Baghdad.

Raymond N. Mitchell III

Army Spc. Raymond N. Mitchell, III
21, of West Memphis, Ark.; assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y.; died Jan. 6 in Baghdad of wounds sustained during route security operations.

Adam Mooney

Army 1st Lt. Adam G. Mooney

28, of Cambridge, Md.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 10th Aviation, Fort Drum, N.Y.; attached to 3rd Squadron, 17th Cavalry, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum; killed Jan. 25 when his helicopter went down in the Tigris River during a search for a missing soldier in Mosul, Iraq. Mooney was listed as duty status whereabouts unknown after the crash. His remains were recovered Feb. 14.  Wife & Daughter live in Conway, Arkansas.

Kevin N. Morehead

Army Master Sgt. Kevin N. Morehead
33, of Little Rock, Ark.; assigned to 3rd Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, Fort Campbell, Ky.; killed Sept. 12 in Ramadi, Iraq, when his unit executed a raid on enemy forces.

Keelan L. Moss

Army Sgt. Keelan L. Moss

23, of Houston; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 5th Field Artillery Regiment, Fort Sill, Okla.; killed Nov. 2 in an attack on a CH-47 Chinook helicopter near Fallujah, Iraq.  Born in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Todd A. Motley

Army Spc. Todd A. Motley
23, of Clare, Mich.; assigned to the 6th Squadron, 9th U.S. Cavalry, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas; died September 14, 2007 in Baghdad, of wounds sustained when an improvised device detonated near their vehicle during combat operations. Also killed were Staff Sgt. Michael L. Townes, Spc. Jonathan Rivadeneira and Pvt. Christopher M. McCloud. Hometown: Hoxie, Arkansas.

Paul B. Norris

30, of Cullman, Ala.; assigned to the 401st
Military Police Company, 720th Military Police
Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade, Fort Hood,
Texas; died August 16, 2007 in Balad, Iraq, of
injuries sustained in a non-combat related
incident. Also killed was Spc. Kamisha J. Block.
Hometown: Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Billy J. Orton

Army Staff Sgt. Billy J. Orton
41, of Humnoke, Ark.; assigned to 39th Support Battalion, 39th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Army National Guard, Hazen, Ark.; killed April 24 when mortar rounds hit his camp in Taji, Iraq.

Tommy L. Parker Jr.

Marine Cpl. Tommy L. Parker Jr.
21, of Cleburne, Ark.; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Pendleton, Calif.; killed June 21 killed in an ambush in Ramadi, Iraq, 60 miles west of Baghdad.
