Niagara Falls New York & Canada   Niagara Falls One | Two | Three Night time on the Canadian-side of the Falls. At night they turn the lights on the falls.  The lights are not actually under the falls but are beamed down with rotating colors. That is a giant Ferris wheel in the background and the whole place is very much like a fair, especially at night.  These are the projectors that beam light onto the falls.  It changes color about every 3 minutes.
