Mt. Moriah Cemetery Deadwood, South Dakota   Established in 1877 Areas marked Potters Field are the graves of poor or unknown settlers. Weather, neglect, vandalism and thievery have left many headstones and retaining walls broken, crumbling and missing. About a third of the approximately 3600 graves are marked.
