point of beginning: thence proceed North 55 degrees 48 minutes East for a
distance of
133.8 feet; then North 67 degrees 8 minutes East for distance of
85.7 feet; thence North
79 degrees 35 minutes East for a distance of 234.3 feet;
thence South 1 degree 27 minutes
West for a distance of 120 feet; thence South
81 degrees 4 minutes West for a distance of
178 feet; thence South 3 degrees 20
minutes West for a distance of 212.5 feet; thence South
79 degrees 40 minutes
West for a distance of 236.4 feet; thence North 1 degree 3 minutes
East for a
distance of 247 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.11 acres, more or
