Arkansas Ties ... A Little Bit of This, a Little Bit of That, and a Whole Lot of Arkansas

Flag Day - 2009 MacArthur Military Museum - Little Rock, Arkansas Sponsored by the Windsong Performing Arts Center   On the grounds of the old Little Rock Arsenal (now known as the MacArthur Military Museum), the Windsong Orchestra played patriotic music to a very patriotic crowd. Local Boy Scout pack #604 handed out free ice cream, water and American Flags. Stephan McAteer, Director of the MacArthur Museum, opened the performance.
