Arkansas State Penitentiary

Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas

The Old Military Prison, and Arkansas State Penitentiary, located on the present side of the State Capitol. The stone was wall was built by Alexander George, the Lessee, in 1855. Below the wall is a rail fence.
