Cotham's Restaurant 501-961-9284 Scott, Pulaski County, Arkansas   http://www.cothams.com/   Building 1917, Restaurant 1984 If you have heard of Cotham's "Home of the Hubcap Hamburger" ....well this is it.   Don't let the fact that no one is standing in front of the building fool you.... this was our second trip by here waiting on some people to clear out.    Taking the trip out here is like taking a trip back in time.  I don't know about the "best" hamburgers but if you are looking for atmosphere, this is certainly it.  Considering the cost, the trip, and the food..... I am staying with the "Band Box" in Little Rock.....old habits are hard to break.
