Desmond has turned me on to another one of Arkansas’ well known eccentrics. Meet “Fast” Freddy. You may have seen him running up and down the road from Plummerville to Little Rock. ”Fast” Freddy Divincenzo is actually from California but has been adopted by Arkansas and lives over in Plummerville.
