I don't know what is going on because I don't know where you "clicked" at, but you can go to www.paypal.com and make a payment of $1.49 to ArkansasTies@ArkansasTies.com. Paypal should be able to do the conversion for you. I use them so that I don't have to deal with that end of the payment process. At the end of the payment section, there will be a note section and you can leave a note as to the picture you want. I hope this helps, Pris
