CHARLES ELBERT MOORE , b.18 Dec 1860 in KY was my maternal grandfather. He died 06 Feb 1918 in Llano County, TX. His first wife was named BLANCH NELSON They had one daughter named LILLIAN J. MOORE b. 12 March 1892 in MO. He arrived in area of Llano County, TX and San Saba County, TX in 1895-96, a widower with a three year old daughter. He married my maternal grandmother, LELA ALICE WILLBERN on 30 April 1905 i n Llano county, TX. She was born in Travis county, TX 20 Feb 1884. The only other information I have on him is family lore, that he left home at an early aged because he had a stepmother with whom he could not get along; that he had a brother named JOHN MOORE and a sister named MARY MOORE. There is also family lore that he may have once killed a man. I would appreciate any information that may tell me more about my Grandfather. Winnie Tate-Morgan flake@tstar.net
