I am trying to locate the PARENTS OF: Ida E (Jones) Hutto and William Calvin Jones. Ida E Jones was born 07-27-1891 in Faulkner County, AR and later married Dr. Thomas Benton Hutto 12-25-1908 in Damascus, AR. She died 02-24-1913 in childbirth and was buried in Van Buren County, AR at the Lloyds Cemetery. The township then might have been Bloodworth. Ida &Thomas had 2 children; Alice Gertrude Hutto 1910-1985 and James Ellis Hutto 1911-1985. The parents of Dr. Thomas Benton Hutto are: William Hardy Hutto 07-17-1845-10-16-1912 and Sara Indiana Spivey 1853-1925. William Hardy Hutto was born in Mississippi and he married in Mississippi in Neshoba County and died in Damascus and was buried at Bee Branch. His dadsname was William Alexander Hutto, the founder of Damascus. He was born 10-13-1817 and died 03-31-1892. I have a tree for Hutto which goes back to William Hutto b.1796 and Isabel JaneSmith b.1799. Ida had a brother named William Calvin Jones who was born 11-28-1882. I was able to verify hisDOB from both; the WWI & WWII draft cards. William worked as a banker at J.M. Talkington in Quitman, Arkansas which is in Cleburne County. According to the 1920 Census William Calvin Jones is 37years old, his wife is listed as Vanna Zola Jones and she is 33 years old and his daughterwho preceded him in death and might have lived in Kansas, is listed as Anna Bell Jones who is 13 years old. According to the 1930 Census; William is 48, Vanna is 41 and their daughter Annie is23. William was still alive in 1957, when my mother-in-law visited Arkansas. Again, it is the PARENTS OF: Ida and William that I am trying to locate information on. Any information on Williams wife Vanna or Daughter Annie would also be appreciated but it is not my main focus at this time.
